Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

I encountered persistent issues with the room's temperature. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, leaving me shivering at night. The windows were poorly insulated.

The decoration was modern, nicely decorated and well-appointed room. We had a panoramic view of the town and a super bed. The service was exceptional, including an early check-in. The staff was hospitable, competent all the time...

The property was chic with cooperative and absolutely excellent staff from the reception to the restaurant and since my arrival till my check-out, I really enjoyed the stay. Its location was particularly good and perfect very close to all important areas by walk.

Didn't like the area, it was a little dirty.

The jump inn hotel was so well located, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was super nice, especially the receptionists who really helped us out when we had a little emergency. The breakfast was delish, with loads of options, and the room comfy. It was nice and quiet , made for a good sleep. I felt really secure staying there, it was awesome!

Not quite what I hoped for

The moments I had at this place were definitely special! The staff helped with our little ones, setting up cribs and stuff.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but tolerable for the experience.

Well-located with easy access to local attractions, the experience was elevated by the friendly staff were pretty good during an emergency situation. The vegetarian dishes in the restaurant were a healthy and tasty surprise, fitting well with the overall enjoyable dining experience. The wifi connectivity was annoyingly poor was nice. The breakfast offerings were good but lacking in variety, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

the pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. the staff quickly provided softer ones, which was awesome! the breakfast had a good variety, including warm meats and cheeses! the location is super convenient, with trams right outside!

The lack of parking was inconvenient.

It was just a balanced option for a quick layover in Belgrade with great value for money. The hotel even arranged for a crib and provided little amenities for my child, making our stay more convenient. Remember to check out the laundry service, it was quick and affordable.
